- Does XANTEC™ accept international orders?
Yes, together with our business partner, our company is currently hosting 1200+ clients from over 70 countries around the world with more than 10,000 domains.
- Does XANTEC™ hosting allow adult, warez or other illicit sites or content?
No. Adult, MP3, Gambling or other illicit contents are strictly prohibited on our servers.
- Can I upgrade my plan to a higher plan any time? Is there any extra setup fee?
Yes. You may upgrade to a higher level of plan any time by contacting one of our customer service representative without extra charges.
- How soon I can start to use my account?
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, your site may be registered as early as the same day up to 3 days after submission. InterNIC or MYNIC registration and processing may take between 24 - 72 hours.
Once your account is activated, you will receive a notification email from XANTEC with your relevant account information. You may start using the account right away!
- Can a domain be ordered without any webspace?
Yes! You can order domains and webspace independent of each other. Our Instant Domain package allows you to register a domain without adding hosting. If you wish to add webspace (hosting) to your registered domain, simply order one of our hosting package through our online billing system.
- Windows or Linux Hosting Package?
Both can work for you
The operating system that you use on your computer should not govern your choice of hosting platform. All XANTEC packages come with FTP access and a wide range of web page publishing options. If, for example, your computer runs on Microsoft® Windows®, you are not obligated to choose Microsoft web hosting.

- How do I renew my web hosting plan?
All of our web hosting packages are on a recurring billing cycle. This means that approaching your expiry date, our billing system will automatically issue an invoice to your primary email address.

- What are the documents needed to purchase True BusinessID SSL or True BusinessID Wildcard SSL?
i) A formal letter using Organization letterhead stating the Organization is giving the assigned Contact Person permission to use that domain name. Please also make sure that the person signs and prints their name and also includes their title.
ii) Company's business registration documents for Organization. Acceptable documents include Articles of Incorporation, Business License, Partnership Agreement, or other official documentation from your state or local government that confirms your business.
