- Do you take a percentage of each sale?
Nope! It’s your money - you keep it. We only collect RM399/year (or US$13.99/month) from you. The price included domain name (.com/.net), 500MB web & email hosting, and the website with shopping cart functions.
- Instead of .com or .net, can I register a .MY or other domain?
Yes, you can choose other domain extension if you preferred. However, instead of getting a free .com/.net, you will need to pay the original price for the domain extension that you chosen, prices are stated here.
- Can I upgrade the hosting plan?
Yes, you can upgrade to 10GB hosting plan for additional of RM200/yr. So total renewal fee will be RM599/yr. Other terms and conditions apply, please contact us for details.
- Can I cancel my account later?
You can cancel your account at any time by sending your request to 399@xantec.com.my. Everything is year-to-year (or month-to-month if paid by credit card). No contracts. Note that all payments made are strictly non-refundable.
- How do I collect payments from my customers?
You have 2 options:
- Online payment method: Paypal, Visa card, and Master card.
- Offline payment method: C.O.D and bank in.
- How many products I can sell?
You can create unlimited product categories and upload unlimited products. The only limitation you should take into consideration is the disk space (default disk space is 500MB).
